Privacy policy

Last updated: September 15, 2026

What we collect when you contact us, what we do with it, and what you can ask us to do about it.

This document is a general template and is not legal advice. Before relying on it, have it reviewed by an attorney licensed in your state, particularly if you serve customers in California, Colorado, Virginia, or any other state with its own consumer privacy statute.

Information we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us. When you submit the contact or quote form, that means your name and email address, and optionally your phone number, company name, the service you are interested in, your budget range, and whatever you write in the message field.

We also receive standard technical information that every website receives, including your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visited. This is used to understand how the site is performing, not to identify you personally.

How we use your information

We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it with third parties for their own marketing. We do not add you to a mailing list because you requested a quote.

  • To respond to your enquiry and provide a quote
  • To communicate with you about a project you have asked us about
  • To improve how this website works and which content is useful
  • To meet any legal or accounting obligations we have

Service providers we use

A small number of third parties process data on our behalf in order to run this site. Form submissions are delivered by an email delivery provider, the site is hosted by a cloud hosting provider, and we may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand traffic patterns. Each of these processes data only to provide that service to us.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to respond and, where a project proceeds, for as long as our business relationship and any related legal or tax obligations require. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time and we will, unless we are legally required to retain it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Residents of California, Colorado, Virginia, Connecticut, Utah, and a growing number of other states have specific statutory rights of this kind.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at ParwazDigital@gmail.com. We will respond within the timeframe your state's law requires, and we will not treat you differently for asking.

Cookies

This site uses only the cookies and local storage needed for it to function. If we add analytics or advertising cookies in future, we will update this policy and present a consent choice before setting them.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, form submissions are transmitted encrypted, and we apply standard security headers. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send passwords, payment card details, or sensitive personal information through the contact form.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be made clear rather than slipped in quietly.
